Free Minor Updates

When you purchase our software products, you will get minor updates and bug fixes for free. Minor updates are updates of which the first version number has not changed. For instance if you buy version 5.0.0, you can upgrade to any other version 5.1.0 free of charge. Customers should check back periodically at our website for any available updates or upgrades.

Major Upgrades

Major upgrades are indicated by a change in the product version number. So an upgrade from 5.0.0 to 6.0.0 is a major upgrade. Major upgrades usually have a significant amount of improvements and new features. If a major upgrade is released within 120 days from the date you've purchased from Reohix, you will receive the major upgrade free of charge. You can extended these 120 days even further if you prefer, by purchasing one of our Upgrade Subscription Packages. 

Major upgrades are not frequent, perhaps once every one or two years. You will need to purchase a new license key (if your Upgrade Subscription Warranty has expired) if you wish to upgrade your product to the latest major version. These upgrades are recommended however they are not mandatory and you will not be forced to upgrade. These upgrades will not restrict the use of your current product release in anyway.

Requesting Your Free Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade to the latest product release for free (depending if your Upgrade Subscription Warranty is still valid), simple e-mail us a support request directly from our Support Center requesting the upgrade. A proof of purchase will be required and this may consist in any of the following details; Order ID, e-mail address, physical address, together with your full name.

Upgrade Subscription Packages Available

Basic Upgrade Subscription (free, included with every purchase)

With this free upgrade subscription option, which is included with every purchase, you will benefit from free major software upgrades during the initial 4 months warranty period. After these 4 months expiry, you will need to purchase a new license key if you wish to upgrade your product to the latest major version.

 

Premium Upgrade Subscription (adds 30% to product's base price)

With this upgrade subscription option, you will benefit from free major software upgrades during the initial 4 months warranty period including an extension of the warranty period for an another12 months. You will also be automatically informed of any product upgrade releases via e-mail. After these 16 months expiry, you will need to purchase a new license key if you wish to upgrade your product to the latest major version.

 

Elite Upgrade Subscription (adds 80% to product's base price)

With this upgrade subscription option, you will benefit from free major software upgrades for lifetime. You will also be automatically informed of any product upgrade releases via e-mail. You will never again need to purchase a new license key to benefit from the latest version of your software product.
